On the base of DCS systems of Westinghouse Electric Co., which appear under the name of OVATION™, we build our wide-spread applications. OVATION™ is, at present, one of the most advanced systems of such a size that is accessible on the world market.
Basic qualities of the system:
• high speed and effectiveness of the performed program,
• big capacity of the system,
• open structure of the system,
• decentralization of the data base,
• low energy consumption,
• double network of data transmission FDDI.
We base our application building on a mounting electronics cabinet (standard 19"). The cabinet is the system’s basic unit, which contains redundant controller and output / input modules. The cabinet is made from a supporting structure and side walls, front and back doors; instead of the back door it could be applied a back wall.
For good dust and splash tightness (IP 66 according to PN-79/E-08106) there was applied rubber gasket pouring on powder painted steel surface.

Control and engineer consoles are built basing on desks which are made according to our own projects:
• freely standing can be used as operator stations for automation systems,
• a monitor and a keyboard can be placed on the tabletop of the console, and indispensable
electronics in the cabinet,
• the tabletop of the console is made from laminated board with a moulded wood slat in the front of the console,
• the cabinet is made of metal plate with a front door whose opening angle is 1800,
• equipped in a Yale lock,
• the module angle for development of cassettes 19" is a standard accessory of the cabinet,
• there is a capacity panel for monitor cables on the left side of the cabinet under the tabletop of the console,
• the metal plate is moulded for cable glands in the floor of the cabinet.
